Identified
A network issue is impacting multiple services including OpenStack, the VMWare VDI Lab, JupyterHub, and Cloud Storage.
The throughput optimized hdd tier (ceph-st1) is unavailable in Red Hat Ceph. This impacts all instances with magnetic storage as well as the S3 "GLACIER_IR" storage class on the CS Cloud S3 platform.
